Continuing Education – AKA “The Necessary Evil”

When you work in health care, or in any other ‘regulated profession’ for that matter, continuing education is often viewed as ‘The Necessary Evil‘. You know, that pain in the ass expectation that’s required to maintain your license.

Over the years, I’ve yawned my way through plenty of CE courses just so I could submit the required number of credits necessary to amble on in my profession. However, in retrospect, why, when fostering a culture of high performance excellence, (which is what I assume that you desire for your practice), would one settle for mediocrity?

I mean sure, you can arbitrarily accumulate enough courses to satisfy your regulatory body’s requirements, but are those courses directly connected to a specific (measurable) overall practice development strategy?

Quite frankly, if they’re not, you’re wasting your time! (#sorrynotsorry)

  • Have you ever considered exactly what the terms innovation, automation, and digitization really mean, and how you can take advantage of each in your practice?
  • Are you looking for ways that you can truly differentiate your practice and implement an effective business development plan?
  • Do you know what additional inter/trans-disciplinary clinical services would benefit your practice most, and better yet, how to implement them?

If you’ve answered ‘no‘, or even ‘I’m not sure‘, to any of the questions above, you definitely need to attend the 2019 Evolution of Dental Medicine Summit.

Whether you are a successful solo practitioner, an associate within a group practice, a clinic owner seeking the ‘next best step‘, or even planning your retirement, the information available at this event is second to none!

There will be over 40 world renowned speakers delivering highly effective, concise presentations guaranteed to get you thinking outside of the, what can otherwise be, mundane dental bubble. But don’t just take my word for it! I highly encourage you to take a moment and watch a couple of the Speaker videos that have inspired me the most!

Futurist – Gerd Leonhard: Digital Transformation; Are you ready for exponential change?

Stanford and Harvard trained physician-scientist, inventor, entrepreneur, and innovator – Dr. Daniel Kraft

Yes, there will also be a plethora of the industry’s most influential key opinion leaders taking the stage, including Dr. John Kois, Dr. Christian Coachman, and Dr. Kyle Stanley just to name a few.

So, stop procrastinating, kick your practice development genomes into high gear, and register for the 2019 Evolution of Dental Medicine Summit today. However, space is limited and the kick ass registration promotion (message me for deets) is only offered until August 31, 2019.

However, the longer you wait to register, the less likely it is that you will get the best rates available with the Fairmont Chateau Whistler room block. #justsayin’ #fact
